the lives of my customers is, to me, the greatest reward of my work.
Education/Work History:
An Engineer with Post Graduation in Information Technology and Diploma in
Management, from premier Colleges/Universities in India, Ganesan is a person
with varied interests. His work experience in reputed Companies in India,
spanning over 27 years, has been multi-functional. He was an R&D Engineer,
IT professional, HR Evangelist, Educational Administrator, Training
Designer, Marketing Strategist, and Market Research Analyst, besides being a
CEO and Entrepreneur. He has enjoyed creating new niche market products and
services and developed business processes necessary for the success of these
products and services in the marketplace.
Honorary Professional and Social Contributions:
Ganesan was appointed a Member of the Indian Prime Minister's Working Group
on IT-HRD of the National IT Task Force, in which he made several
significant contributions. He was also a Special Invitee in a Committee for
Higher Technical Education, where he has contributed several ideas. A
Panelist by invitation from Professional bodies and Institutions on diverse
subjects, he has presented several technical and business papers, all in the
direction of building a modern India. He is also a Featured Writer for DEMC,
a very popular 'email marketing' Newsletter of 215,000 subscribers
worldwide. He was also involved in action-oriented social work in his early
years.
Personal:
Happily married, Ganesan has a daughter and a son. He has enjoyed actively
grooming them, and several other children, to take their place as 'leaders'
in their own domains of interest. Leadership Development is his personal
passion. He has a dream of building a unique school, some day, that would
groom leaders for the future.
